Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of the Mc Vibes website, launcher information, accounts, project pages, uploads, downloads, comments, profiles, community feed, server listings, marketplace features, and related services. By using the service, you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, do not use it.

Accounts and eligibility

Users must be at least 13 and, where required, have permission from a parent or guardian. You are responsible for your account, accurate account information, login credentials, and activity under the account. Do not impersonate others, share credentials, or create accounts to evade moderation or restrictions.

User content and permissions

You keep ownership of content you create, but you must own it or have every permission needed to upload and distribute it. By publishing content, you grant Mc Vibes a non-exclusive licence to host, store, cache, inspect, format for display, distribute, back up, and show it as needed to operate and secure the service. A project-specific licence controls end-user permissions; when none is provided, no permission to mirror, resell, or reupload should be assumed.

Uploads must be accurately described and must not infringe copyright, privacy, trademark, or other rights. They must not contain malware, credential theft, destructive code, hidden downloaders, or other harmful payloads. Creators are responsible for compatibility, dependency, installation, licence, and known-risk information they publish.

Marketplace and protected downloads

Paid listings are limited to eligible original assets and require administrator approval. A listing is not guaranteed to be accepted, sold, paid out, or kept online. The current fee, reserve, refund, dispute, and payout terms shown by the marketplace apply to each transaction. Protected downloads may contain anti-reupload markers; removing or bypassing those markers, or redistributing paid content without permission, is prohibited.

Prohibited conduct

Do not upload stolen or pirated material, harmful code, deceptive download prompts, scams, hateful or sexually exploitative material, spam, fake engagement, or content intended to damage games, saves, devices, or accounts. Do not bypass access controls, rate limits, download restrictions, moderation, security controls, or anti-abuse systems. Harassment, threats, impersonation, doxxing, manipulation of rankings, and abusive bulk collection are prohibited.

Moderation and file checks

Mc Vibes may inspect metadata, reject, flag, unlist, remove, restrict, or require changes to content or accounts when needed for policy, safety, legal, or service-integrity reasons. Implemented website checks may cover filename, allowed type, stored-object metadata, expected size, recorded checksums, protected reupload markers, reports, and compatibility fields. Approval is not an antivirus result and does not guarantee a file is safe, complete, or compatible.

Copyright and security reports

Copyright notices should identify the protected work, the exact Mc Vibes URL, the claimant and contact information, the basis of ownership, and the required good-faith and accuracy statements. Security issues should be reported responsibly without accessing other users’ data, causing disruption, or publishing an exploit before there has been a reasonable opportunity to investigate. Third-party services and availability

Authentication, hosting, file delivery, payment, embeds, game services, and external creator links can be provided by third parties with their own terms and privacy practices. Mc Vibes may change, restrict, suspend, or discontinue features and may set limits on storage, uploads, bandwidth, APIs, comments, or visibility.

Disclaimers and liability

The service and user content are provided “as is” and “as available”. Downloads may affect stability, saves, performance, devices, or accounts. No moderation or technical check detects every harmful, broken, misleading, or infringing item. To the extent permitted by law, Mc Vibes is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service; mandatory consumer rights still apply.

Suspension, law, and changes

Access may be suspended or terminated for violations, user risk, legal exposure, or abuse. Operational, backup, security, payment, or moderation records may remain after content is removed where needed. These Terms are governed by Czech law unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Updated Terms apply when posted with a new effective date.
