Cromta finally released the VibesMC Launcher test link — and it's unviewable. Within seconds of visiting the site, users get redirected to Google.com or slapped with fake "verify you're human" scam ads. The page is so infested that Homi reported being forcibly redirected after just five seconds. Cromta's response? "Try it with adblock if you have one xd" — and a promise to switch to Google AdSense because his current ad provider is "bad". He also claims he turned off 18+ ads. No one knows why they were there in the first place. So here we are. A launcher designed to fix mod issues with one click — hosted on a website that needs an adblocker just to stay on the page for ten seconds. Will Cromta fix the ads? Will anyone actually test the launcher without getting kidnapped by a fake verification screen? Or is this the most chaotic soft launch in modding history? Probably the last one.
